Elmira Road Materials, LLC is conveniently located in Horseheads, NY, minutes from I86. We are a NYSDOT approved Hot Mix Asphalt production facility.
Our in house lab is NYSDOT certified and staffed by a certified Hot Mix Asphalt Technician.
Our state-certified plants and mix designs mean you get a consistent material you can depend on to meet your project specifications. The aggregates used in our mixes comes from our own gravel pit, so your quality assurance begins with the mining of raw materials. History
Elmira Road Materials, LLC has been producing Hot Mix Asphalt from its Horseheads, NY location since 2007. We have been an active member of the New York Construction Materials Association since 2009, allowing us to remain on the cutting edge of technology in regards to hot mix asphalt materials and production.
